Volunteer Requirements

Wednesday, June 26
Noon till approx. 5 pm
Taping 26 courts/set up nets /operations set up/swag bag stuffing

Friday, June 28 through Sunday June 30 daily
7:00 am – end of day (approx. 8 pm)
Operations room
Registration Desk & Bag Distribution – 7:00 – 8:30 am approx
Registration Desk - 8:15 am – end of day
Operations Desk – Event & Court - 7:00 – end of day
Posting Results on board/Photos/snacks - 7:30 am – end of day

Friday, June 28
7 pm (approx.) - 8 pm
Remove championship court tape and re-tape for additional courts

Sunday, June 30
7 pm (may start earlier as courts are no longer required)
Tear Down Crew – remove tape and nets/ dismantle operations desk/pack up all computers etc./load vehicles
10 people required
